Sharing Deepavali Cheer with the Less Fortunate
STM Lottery celebrated Deepavali by hosting a luncheon for 40 children from Shepherd Centre Foundation as well as allocating RM8,000 to buy household items for 50 needy families and 30 children in Melaka.
The first-mentioned event held at Bukit Kiara Equestrian & Country Resort on 15 October 2022 was hosted by STM Lottery’s executive director Ms. Nerine Tan. Apart from having a sumptuous buffet lunch, the children were also entertained by a magic show and received ang pows and mini hampers as festive gifts. The second donation event in Melaka was made on 16 October 2022 in collaboration with Kelab Bell Belia Tamil Bukit Bruang.
